Spring is in the air, and that means improved weather conditions & horse racing carnivals, as well! Once again, we call on all members to attend this year’s Picnic/BBQ at
Basterfield Park, Hampton East [Melways 77 C7] commencing around 12.00pm to celebrate this famous race.
So, new/old members are invited to attend, bringing BYO food/refreshments, tables/chairs, $2 coins, REPEAT $2 coins, for the sweeps, your name badges and I.C.E. cards.
For those who may not be aware, there are modern toilets and undercover facilities, free electric BBQ’s as well as a small lake for those who may wish to stretch their legs.
No need to book …just turn up and who knows there could be Fashion Hats in the Field!!!
