AUSTRALIA DAY PICNIC/BBQ  Noon               Tuesday, January 26

To those members who would like to celebrate this event with other members, we advise that it will be held at Basterfield Park, Hampton East [Melways Map 77 ref C7]

Melbourne is well known for its unpredictable weather conditions, so please ensure that you come suitably dressed, wearing hats, name badges, plenty of “slip slap slop“ as well as your I.C.E. card, also, your choice of liquid and solid refreshments, tables and chairs and…suggest a mask as a back-up just in case. There are public toilets, a large shelter shed, electric BBQs, as well as a small lake nearby.

An enjoyable afternoon is anticipated especially if you remember to bring your Aussie flags and it would assist if members advise us if they intend attending.!!!
